What payment methods can I use?

To keep each customer safe when purchasing , we allow for the most secure payment types in your region.

When is my order shipped?

Products are shipped 1 - 2 days after order confirmation, which will be followed by an email with your order details and tracking number.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

IE Standard shipping : 2 - 3 working days. 

International shipping : 3 - 7 working days.

How can I find the size of the products?

Each product comes with unique measurements that can be found on the product page under size guide. For more information visit our Size Guide page for specific size measurements.

How do I go about returning an unwanted item?

Returns

You can return one or more items purchased on the Gander website within 15  days of receipt of your purchase.

The item(s) must be in perfect condition, with the seals still intact and with all their original packaging and corresponding accessories. Please note that any items that have been worn, washed, damaged or have come out of the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met once inspected.

Refunds and Exchange

Once the items arrive at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will verify them before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3 to 7 days. If your items are accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund, or shipping of your exchange.
